Return conditions
Are you not satisfied with your order? Of course, we want to solve this for you quickly. You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. Our return service is possible for products that meet the following conditions:
- The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
- The product is in the original undamaged packaging.
How can I return my order?
Send an email to info@tractorbumper.com to indicate that you want to return the product. Together we look at the most favorable way to return the product.
How much time do I have to return my order?
According to the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your product. Once you have registered the return, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Can I mount the product on the tractor and then return it?
We cannot reimburse products that have been removed from the original packaging 100%. Especially due to mounting on the tractor and repackaging, there are always damages. After return, we assess what the damage is and we reduce the amount that you get back with the depreciation that this causes. The depreciation is at least 20% for shipments that have been removed from the original packaging.
What are the costs for returning my order?
For returning a pallet you pay € 160 This will be deducted from the amount you will receive back from us.
What happens when I have returned my order?
As soon as your order has been received at our place again, we will send you a message with our inspection in terms of damage. We indicate what the reduction is and what amount we refund. Upon receipt of your return, we will process it within 4 days at the latest.
How long does it take to get a refund?
As soon as we have received your shipment back, you will receive the purchase amount – shipping costs – depreciation within 10 days at the latest. We may wait to refund until we have received the return or until you have demonstrated that you have returned it. The amount will be credited back to your chosen payment method.
Which products can I not return?
Parts under an amount of € 30.
